Organic and fair trade chocolate, cocoa and sugar, wheat and gluten free. What I tend to recommend to myself for Goûter, the 4 o’clock treat for French people, failing that a few squares of traidcraft organic and fair trade 70% chocolate (how I miss the Amnesty International 85%) and a pear, in season. And a cup of green tea or lemon verbena.

  1. Heard it somewhere, may not be true, that goat’s milk is used as an ingredient, seasonally. Or is it goat’s hair?
